Circular vibrating screen
Circular vibrating screen is widely used for grading and screening materials in the following fields: minerals, quarry, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, chemical industry, smelting and so on.
Circular vibrating screen is is specially designed to sieve different sizes of aggregate.There are YK and YA series.
Circular Vibrating Screen Operating principle:
Vibrating screen is compiled of mainframe, eccentric bock, screen net, rubber spring pad, electric motor, coupling ,bracketetc.The vibrating screen body moves like a circle, in order to make the materials screened.It has multi-layers and is of high efficiency. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. The vibration exciter is installed in the middle part of the machine.During normal operation,the vibration of exciter will drive the screen mesh fixed on the screen box vibrate,and then materials will be screened.The big and small materials fall from the upper side and lower side of the screen to get them separated.
