How to use the bucket sand washing mahine and install the sand washing machine ?

When bucket sand washing machine works,electric motor will drives the impeller to move slowly by V-belt,decelerator,and gear wheel decelerate.The sand enters into the washing trough feeding trough,and rotators by impeller driving,grind with each other,at last the impurity on the sand will be cleaned.The water-gas around sand is demoilished,it is good for erasing water.When add up water and form strong water stream,which can carry impurity and discharge from washing trough.The clean sand is carried away by impeller.When it rised,the water will leaks out by screen net and fall down into the washing trough.The water can be dehydrated and saved.Finally the sand is discharged from discharging trough and finish the washing procedure.

The sand washing machine should be put on the level that is tamped,Before installing,you must remove all antirusting oil,protecting thing and dirt on the spare part surface;Check every working surface and whorl,and remove the defect produced in the course of transporting and loading and unload;The assembled part should be checked carefully.If some parts are damaged or lost while transporting and keeping,you must repair the defect one,lose one and fill completely.

When installing,part exposed to surface should be lubricated,the fixed surface with dried oil and acting surface with thin oil;Bearing seat centre should coincide with sand washing machine axle center.Check the internal and external surface of the bearing before assembling,there can’t be such defects as crackle,air vent,etc.When the surface of the bearing and bearing seat are assembled,on cooperating surface ,it should be evenly spread the lubricating grease with graphite.

Check centre lind of the gearwheel and pinion are parallel or not,the deviation can’t be over 0.1mm.The tooth side interval of the gearwheel and pinion shuld be guaranteed in 0.4-1.2mm range.The case of the tooth surface touching should be checked by tint.The touching length can’t be less than 50% of tooth length.The touching high can’t be less than 60% tooth high;The installation of the decelerator and the axis of sand washing machine should be on the same horizon.The parallel degree between low-speed axle of decelerator and axle of sand washing machine can’t be over 0.12mm;Installation of electrical motor should be according to well installed decelerator.Two axle parallel degree can’t be over than 0.12mm.The installation of the gear wheel covers should guarantee the inboard wall does not collide with the big gear wheel.

Installation finished,move the impleer with hand,observe it is steady or not when the impeller rotates,whether there is stagnat phenomenon.You should look for the reason for the abnormal situation immediately ,solving the troubles,then can be get through electric circuit and try machine.

Operate sand washing machine without load.It should besteady and without unusual noise and vibration when works.Operate it without load no less than one hour.Check rising temperatures of electric motor and bearing after shutting down.until empty load normal,load and observe carefully.Operate it with load no less than 8 hours,there should not be unusual noise and vibration.Fastened every part and can put into using normally after trying machine.
