Magnetic separation application

Magnetic separator can separate many kind of mineral ore, magnetite, hematite,limonite,manganese ore,etc.

Wet magnetic separator is widley used in the iron ore benefication plant,it is applied for separate the strong-magnetic materials.

According to the different trough,it is co-current type,counter-current type,semi-couner-current type. Co-current type magnetic separator is suitable for ≤6mm,Counter-current is for ≤1.5mm, Semi-counter-current magnetic separator is for ≤0.5mm. 

Generally, CTB eries( semi-counter-current type) is widely used in the magnetite ore benefication plant.

Because CTBseries( semi-counter-current type) magnetic seprator is able to get high quality of iron ore concentrate, and get the better recovery rate at the same time. It is suitable for processing below 0.5mm ore’s coarse selection and fine selection, and can use the wet magnetic separator several sets , then it can improve the iron ore concentrate quality after coarse selctio and fine selection.
