Energy saving ball mill
Energy-saving ball mill adopt self-aligning rolling bearing,save 30% energy compare other type ball mill.
The structure of our high-efficient and energy-saving ball mill is different from the original ball mill. The machine body and the bottom frame is integral, so that the machine can be craned and put on the base in one step. Double-row self-aligning spherical roller bearing replaces babbit-lined bearing. Friction resistance is greatly lowered down, easy to start and energy saving. Its energy consumption is reduced by 30%, and the discharge mode of materials is force by grate, instead of control discharge by overflow, so that the fineness of milled materials is promoted, and the processing volume is increased by 15-30%. Energy saving ball mill features:
Cone-shaped discharging part increases the capacity and enforces the materials and balls to be reclassified. The nearer to the end, the smaller the balls. Milling effect increases. Be usually used in second stage milling.
Grooved and ringed liner increases contacting surface between balls and ores, improve milling effect and saving energy through its lifting effect to the materials.
