1.Reduce the feeding raw materials size, reduce the feeding material input moisture:

The stone crushers equipment in our factory : primary crusher: PE400*600 jaw crusher, secondary crusher 800*600 hammer crusher. The max primary crusher discharging size is 40mm,secondary crushing is fine powder, the max discharging size will not more than 15mm,we adjust the

screen bar gap 10-12mm of the hammer crusher, to ensure the feeding material size.

2. Strengthen the grinding media management ,improve the grinding production capacity.

Generally, dry tube ball mill grinding balls are two type, the first chamber is round steel balls, it is crushing usage. The second is steel sections, it is grinding usage.therefore, we do like the following: (1) As the permission of the ball mill power,equipment, increase the grinding balls quantity. Increase from 31 tons to 32.3 tons. (2) The first chamber adopt high quality steel balls, Smooth surface, without defect, after a period of using, also not cracking deformation. After the steel balls change smaller, only need to increase big balls, reduce the steel balls consumption and electric consumption, ease the labor strength, stabilize producton capacity. (3) the second chamber adopt the cone type steel sections. Because the second chamber is main for grinding, the ground materials fineness is proportional to the grinding media surface .Means that the grinding balls surface area is larger, the ground material will be more fine. In order to increase the grinding balls surface area, we imagine reduce the balls diameter, but have not found the smaller balls diameter and low cost balls.  So we select the cone type steel section, the grinding balls have three stages: φ15/19×20、φ20/23×25φ25/28×30. In order to ensure the stably production,add the balls every 15 days as per the production capacity and the balls consumption regularly.Improve the capacity ,quality steadily.

3. Strengthen the ball mill air rate, reduce the raw material over-grinding phenomena.

4.Improve the structure, improve the powder concentrator cycle rate:

When the ball mill production capacity is 21-24t/h, we gind thatφ3.5m powder concentrator production capacity is small,the finished products fineness only change in the range of 7-8%(0.08mm screen). We make the following changes: (1): change the cover larger head diameter smaller, shorter the height.(2) change smaller impeller from 8 pieces to symmetrical 4 pieces. After improve,the finished products can adjust 10-12%.as per the calcine requirements,raw material finished products fineness can control within 10%.cycle load increase from 200% to 300%, then make the ball mill and the powder concentrator matched.

5. Change the conveyor equipment ,imprve the transport capacity:

Design D350 bucket elevator as the discharging equipment from the ball mill, when it is 42m, can’t reach the actual production capacity. After calculation, we design HL500 bucket elevator hopper,adopt machine case,don’t change the driving part, only change the rubber to chain type.low cost,high benefit.
