Grid type ball mill and the overflow type ball mill difference

Grid type ball mill finished product size can be 0.2-0.3mm,therefore can be used in the first stage of grinding, and from closed circuit with the spiral classifier. Overflow type ball mill finished product size is less than 0.2mm generally, therefore, suitable for the second grinding stage for regrinding in the two stages of grinding. Grid type ball mill is able to discharge the qualified products timely,reduce ore over crushing, high efficiency of grinding ores,the production capacity is higher 15% than the same specification of overflow ball mill, can load more balls. When the materials need to be groud t 48-65 mesh, adopt the grid type ball mill is better.
