Hammer crusher installation and debugging

Prepare work before installation:
1-1: Process necessary technology and civil engineering design according to the applicable place and the hammer crusher foundation drawing. esign dynamic load coefficient suggest take 3-4.
1-2: Hammer crusher should reserve enough maintenance and feed space in the upper part and the around.
1-3: Pouring the motor foundation and the hammer crusher foundation at the same time.
1-4: Prepare the necessary instruments and hoisting facilities.
1-5: Organize relevant personnel to study the installation standard.

Hammer crusher installation
2-1: We have the hammer crusher hammers before delivery from the factory,the users don’t need to balance test when install. If need to change the hammer or rotor components, radial symmetry deviation should be less than 0.5 kg.
2-2: The foundation should has enough strength ,then you can install the hammer crusher and the motor.
2-3 Hammer crusher (the body and the rotor) installation should be level, mainshaft level erroe should be less than 0.35mm, The main driven belt pulley and the engaged belt pulley axial center shuld be in the same plane.
2-4 : Adjust tightness v-belts moderately
2-5: Check whether there is deformation,move place,tighten all bolts,check whether the sealing is good.
2-6: Check the electric cabinet wiring and the tighten situation, inpect delay relays and overload protector,choose appropriate specifications fuse,connect the circuit before install the V-belt, test the motor rotary direction.
2-7: Check the grate frame and the limits correct or not, remove iron device flexible or not, When install the hammer crusher initially, adjust th grate frame axis to minimum limit position.

2-8 : Rotary the rotor by hand, inspect whether there is friction and collision phenomenon.
