jaw crusher structure

Jaw crusher is mainly composed by the fixed part,move part,insurance device,adjusting device,etc1. Fixed part: The fixed part of jaw crusher is machine body,there are two manufacture tecnology of the machine body : Medium-carbon steel casting machine body, and medium-carbon steel plate welding machine body. In order to prevent the the side wall wear,there are side guard plate at the two sides of the crushing cavity,which can be replaced.
2. Move part: Composed by the moveable jaw plate,eccentric shaft ,bearing,belt pulley,etc.they are the main part of the jaw crusher driving and bearing capacity.
a. Moveable part is composed by the moveable jaw plate,moveable jaw bracket, moveable jaw bracket adopt 35#cast steel, and processed by thermal refining
