Lignite rotary dryer drying technology

We adopt rotary dryer to dry the lignite, can dry the coal slime ,too.
We adopt the low temperature four stage drying under the condition of invariable lignite quality. The output lignite moisture will be below 13%.
In the first drying stage,remove the most of the moisture at 400℃ , assure no change of the lignite chemical composition and no easy to fire. In the second drying stage, the temperature is 300℃,through the draugh fan to remove water, assure no coking, the third drying stage is 120℃-210℃,use the drum breaking device, hit again and again, the status is negative pressure low temperature and hot air by the draught fan to remove the moisture.
